According to Berardo, the company has hired Credit Suisse as advisor to seek a new financial partner. The goal is to is to increase revenue by 10 to 15 times in 2017 and to reach 50 clinics in 2018. The CEO said that the focus is to take advantage of Sao Paulo's density, where he plans to open 100 clinics. There is also the possibility of going to the country side in 2H17.

A Dr. Agora, clinica médica popular com sede em São Paulo, busca novo sócio para abrir novas unidades, segundo publicou a Panorama Farmacêutico no dia 03 de janeiro de 2016, citando o CEO da empresa, Guilherme Berardo. Segundo Berardo, o plano de é atingir 50 clínicas em 2018. Em 2017, a meta é aumentar o faturamento entre 10 e 15 vezes. Para tal, a companhia contratou o Credit Suisse para receber assessoramento na busca por um novo sócio que possa ajudar o financiamento das próximas unidades. O CEO disse que o foco é aproveitar primeiro a densidade populacional de São Paulo, onde pretende abrir umas 100 clínicas, mas que existe a possibilidade de ir ao interior do estado no segundo semestre. |
