Dolphin Cove Jamaica (JSE:DCOVE), an Ocho Ríos-based tourist attraction operator, announced the resignation of four board members in a filing published by the Jamaica Stock Exchange on 19 November, 2015. On 18 November, board members Gregory Burrowes, Marilyn Burrowes, Richard Downer, and R. Danvers Williams submitted their resignation. They will be replaced by Eduardo Albor Villanueva, Concepción Esteban, Gibran Chapur, and Travis Burke. The change follows the acquisition of 58.5% of Dolphin Cove Jamaica by Mexico-based Dolphin Discovery (see related transaction).

Dolphin Cove Jamaica (JSE:DCOVE), operador de atracciones turísticas con sede en Ocho Ríos, ha anunciado la renuncia de cuatro directores en un hecho relevante publicado por la Jamaica Stock Exchange el 19 de noviembre de 2015. El 18 de noviembre, los directores Gregory Burrowes, Marilyn Burrowes, Richard Downer y R. Danvers Williams han renunciado. Serán reemplazados por Eduardo Albor Villanueva, Concepción Esteban, Gibran Chapur y Travis Burke. El cambio resulta de la adquisición del 58,5% de Dolphin Cove Jamaica de parte de la mexicana Dolphin Discovery (ver transacción relacionada). |
