Doit Center, a Panama-based construction materials and homeware stores operator, entered Panama's real estate market, reported Capital Financiero on 31 August, 2015, citing Doit president, Iván Cohen. The company will build a chain of 10 shopping centers under the name Terrazas, located in different areas of the country. The first shopping center is under construction. It will be located in Coronado and is expected to open at the end of 2015. Cohen noted the shopping centers will allow stores located mainly in the capital to expand to the rest of the country, as well as provide local shopkeepers the possibility to increase their presence.

Doit Center, gestora panameña de tiendas de materiales de construcción y productos para el hogar, ha incursionado en el mercado inmobiliario en Panamá, ha publicado Capital Financiero el 31 de agosto de 2015, citando al presidente de Doit, Iván Cohen. La empresa construirá una cadena de 10 centros comerciales con el nombre Terrazas, ubicados en distintas áreas del país. El primer centro comercial ya está en construcción. Estará ubicado en Coronado y se espera que abra sus puertas a fines de 2015. Cohen ha señalado que los centros comerciales le permitirán a los comercios ubicados principalmente en la capital expandirse al interior del país, además de darle la posibilidad a los comerciantes locales de aumentar su presencia. |
