Divina Pastora Seguros, an insurance company based in Valencia, Spain, is currently studying the possibility of entering the Chilean market, as published by newspaper El Mercurio on 11 April 2016. The company is present in Argentina, and could be preparing its entry in Chile through a visit of its president, Armando Nieto, with Chile's Insurance Director, Daniel García, to contact the Securities and Insurance Committee SVS, and evaluate possible investments. If the operations begin, it is estimated that it will take place in the next 12 months and the investment would be a minimum of EUR 4m.

Divina Pastora, firma aseguradora española con sede en Valencia, se encuentra estudiando la posibilidad de iniciar operaciones en Chile, según ha informado el diario El Mercurio el 11 de abril de 2016. La firma, que actualmente tiene una operación en Argentina, estaría preparando su aterrizaje en Chile por medio de una visita de su presidente, Armando Nieto, con el intendente de Seguros de Chile, Daniel García, para tomar contacto con la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros (SVS) y así evaluar posibilidades de inversión. En caso de llegarse a dar el inicio de operaciones, se estima que sea en los próximos 12 meses y se espera que el capital sea de mínimo EUR 4m. |
