Día (BME:DIA), a Spain-based supermarket chain, may have signed a strategic alliance with Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN), a US-based e-commerce company, to sell its products online, reported Alimarket on 26 September 2016. Specifically, both companies chose an establishment, located in the Cuatro Vientos area of Madrid, Spain, to test the alliance. The establishment, which has approximately 1,000 m2 of commercial surface, has a specific area for boxes to prepare Amazon orders. Día and Amazon declined to comment on the report.

Día (BME:DIA), cadena de supermercados española, habría firmado una alianza estratégica con Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN), empresa estadounidense de comercio electrónico, con el objetivo de vender productos por Internet, según ha informado Alimarket el 26 de septiembre de 2016. En concreto, ambas compañías han escogido un establecimiento, situado en la zona de Cuatro Vientos de Madrid, España, para probar esta alianza. El establecimiento, de unos 1.000 m2 de superficie de venta, cuenta con un área específica de cajas para la preparación de los pedidos para Amazon. Desde Día y Amazon han declinado hacer comentarios al respecto. |
