The appointment is effective from 1 May 2015. Defex is a company engaged in promotion and export of Spanish goods and services to international markets. SEPI controls a 51% stake in Defex.

La Junta General de Accionistas de Defex del día 30 de abril de 2015 ha decidido nombrar nuevo presidente de la compañía a Juan Carlos Villamía, según ha anunciado Defex en un comunicado del 6 de mayo de 2015 conjunto con la Sociedad Estatal de Participaciones Industriales (SEPI). El nombramiento es efectivo desde el día 1 de mayo de 2015. Defex es una sociedad dedicada a la promoción y exportación de bienes y servicios españoles a mercados internacionales controlada de forma mayoritaria por el Estado, ya que está participada en un 51% por la SEPI. |
