Dutch brokerage company DeGiro is showing interest in acquiring Spain-based Interdin, a company in the same line of business and a subsidiary of Banco Madrid, a Spanish company intervened by Banco de España and declared bankrupt. DeGiro said that it has already contacted Interdin and CNMV, and offered a joint solution for Interdin's clients. So far, it is not clear what CNMV will decide regarding Interdin.

El bróker de bolsa holandés DeGiro ha mostrado su interés por la compra de la española Interdin, dedicada a la misma actividad y filial de Banco Madrid, sociedad española que ha sido intervenida por el Banco de España y declarada en concurso de acreedores. Según DeGiro, Interdin y la CNMV ya han sido contactados por la holandesa, que ha ofrecido buscar una solución conjunta para los clientes de Interdin. Hasta ahora, todavía no está claro qué decidirá la CNMV respecto a Interdin. |
