A norte- americana DaVita (NYSE: DVA), provedora mundial de tratamento renal, anunciou o inicio das suas operações no Brasil, segundo publicou o jornal R7 no dia 30 de setembro de 2015, citando o executivo Dennis Kogod, CEO de operações internacionais da DaVita.

A empresa disse também que pretendem firmar parcerias com o governo brasileiro e seguradoras de saúde com a intenção de estabelecer e ampliar as opções de tratamento integrado.
