A delegation from the European Union met in Havana with Cuban officials to kick off the fifth round of negotiations to reach a bilateral agreement, reported EFE on 9 September, 2015. In this round, the representatives from both regions seek to close the cooperation and trade chapters. They will also begin discussing political dialogue.

Una delegación de la Unión Europea se ha reunido en La Habana con funcionarios cubanos para iniciar la quinta ronda de negociaciones para alcanzar un acuerdo bilateral, ha publicado EFE el 9 de septiembre de 2015. En esta ronda, los representantes de ambas regiones buscarán cerrar los capítulos de cooperación y comercio. También se dará comienzo a la discusión sobre el diálogo político. |
