Paraguay-based advisors of Crown Real Estate Uruguay are looking for investors in Uruguay, as reported by one of the company's partners Enrique Schickendantz, in an article published by El Observador on 18 June 2015. The advisors, former Minister of Finance, Manuel Ferreira Brusquetti, Director of Canopy, Ricardo Ávalos, notary Enrique Peroni and architect Fabrizio Bibolini, said that investing in construction projects from start to finish, offers a 16% profitability, while investing in finished buildings the profitability ranges between 6% and 12%. According to Crown Real Estate Uruguay, in the las two years Paraguay received international investments exceeding USD 500m for projects, such as corporate and residential buildings.

Asesores paraguayos de la firma inmobiliaria Crown Real Estate Uruguay buscan atraer más inversores de Uruguay, según ha comunicado uno de los socios de la empresa, Enrique Schickendantz, al diario El Observador el 18 de junio de 2015. Los asesores paraguayos de la firma, que incluyen al exministro de Hacienda, Manuel Ferreira Brusquetti, al director de la empresa especializada Canopy, Ricardo Ávalos, al escribano Enrique Peroni y al arquitecto Fabrizio Bibolini, aseguran que invertir en proyectos de construcción de principio a fin ofrece una rentabilidad del 16%, mientras que hacerlo en inmuebles terminados lo hace entre el 6% y 12%.
