Doe Run Perú's board of creditors extended the deadline for the company's liquidation until 28 February, 2015, reported El Comercio on 21 September, 2015. The board also appointed as its new president the Peruvian ministry of energy and mines, in replacement of Peru-based Volcán Compañía Minera. The next meeting will be on 28 September, 2015, to appoint a new trustee, after Mexico-based Profit resigned at the end of August (see related intel).

La junta de acreedores de Doe Run Perú han extendido el plazo de liquidación de la empresa hasta el 28 de febrero de 2016, ha publicado El Comercio el 21 de septiembre de 2015. La junta también ha nombrado como nuevo presidente al Ministerio de Energía y Minas de Perú, en reemplazo de la peruana Volcán Compañía Minera. La próxima reunión será el 28 de septiembre para nombrar un nuevo administrador concursal, tras la renucia de la mexicana Profit a fines de agosto (ver intel relacionado). |
