Council of Bogota approves sale of stakes held by EEB

The commission for finance of the Council of Bogota approved a plan to sell stakes held Empresa de Energía de Bogotá (EEB) (BVC:EEB), a Colombia-based energy company, in Interconexión Eléctrica - ISA (BVC:ISA), Banco Popular, Grupo Nutresa (BVC:NUTRESA), and Promigás (BVC:PROMIGAS), announced EEB in a filing published by regulator Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia on 30 October 2016. Specifically, the government of Bogota submitted a plan that includes the sale of stakes EEB holds in ISA (1.67%), Banco Popular (0.11%), Grupo Nutresa (0.0001%), and Promigás (15.64%) (see related intel), which was adopted by the Council through a decree.

La Comisión de Hacienda del Concejo de Bogotá ha aprobado el plan para vender la participación que posee la Empresa de Energía de Bogotá (EEB) (BVC:EEB) en las colombianas Interconexión Eléctrica - ISA (BVC:ISA), Banco Popular, Grupo Nutresa (BVC:NUTRESA) y Promigás (BVC:PROMIGAS), según ha informado EEB en un hecho relevante remitido a la Superintendencia Financiera el 30 de octubre de 2016. En concreto, el Gobierno de Bogotá ha presentado un plan que incluye la venta de las acciones que posee EEB en ISA (1,67%), Banco Popular (0,11%), Grupo Nutresa (0,0001%) y Promigás (15,64%), (ver Intels relacionados) el cual se ha adoptado por decreto por parte del Concejo de Bogotá. |
