The commission for the debate of the development plan of the Council of Bogota approved the sale of the shares of Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Bogotá-ETB (BVC:ETB) held by the city, reported El Tiempo on 30 May, 2016. The sale of ETB was approved by the Council of Bogota at the debate of the development plan submitted by the government of the mayor of Bogota, Enrique Peñalosa. In April, the government of the Colombian capital requested authorization from the Council to sell its 86.59% stake in the provider of telecoms services, which council members voted, approving in a second stage the 160 articles, including the sale of ETB shares (see related intel).

La comisión en debate del Plan de Desarrollo del Concejo de Bogotá ha aprobado la enajenación de las acciones de la Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Bogotá-ETB (BVC:ETB) que están en manos del Distrito, según ha informado El Tiempo el 30 de mayo de 2016. La enajenación de la ETB ha sido aprobada en el Concejo de Bogotá, en medio de la discusión del Plan de Desarrollo del gobierno del alcalde de Bogotá, Enrique Peñalosa. En abril, el gobierno de la capital colombiana solicitó la autorización del Concejo de Bogotá para vender una participación del 86,59% de la prestadora colombiana de servicios de telecomunicaciones, con lo cual los cabildantes han hecho la votación y han aprobado en segunda instancia los 160 artículos, entre los que se encuentra la venta de las acciones de la ETB (ver Intels relacionados). |
