Costa do Sauípe reached a partnership agreement with RCI, a US-based timeshare company held by Wyndham group, to leverage sales, raise occupancy rates through the American group's portfolio of hotels. "The expectation is that the timeshare segment generates complementary occupancy of approximately 10% throughout the operation and with revenue per room aligned with other traditional hotel segments," said Costa do Sauípe commercial operations director Marco Antunes.

A Costa do Sauípe acaba de realizar uma parceria com a norte-americana RCI, empresa de compartilhamento de férias do grupo Wyndham, que integra a empresa brasileira a carteira de empreendimentos da norte-americana. Segundo o Diretor de Operações Comerciais, Marco Antunes, expectativa é que o segmento de timeshare gere uma ocupação complementar da ordem de 10% ao longo da operação e com uma receita por apartamento alinhado ao de outros segmentos tradicionais da hotelaria. |
