Cosortia Cellnex Telecom (BME: CLNX) and F2i could be the main candidate to acquire a 45% stake in Italy-based Wireless Italiane (Inwit) (BIt: INW) held by Telecom Italia (BIt: TIT), as published by Reuters on 22 January 2016. The consortia could offer between EUR 4.35 or EUR 4.5 per share. On the other hand, Italy-based EI Towers (BIt: EIT) and US-based American Tower (NYSE: AMT) may have also submitted non-binding offers to acquire this stake in Inwit.

El consorcio formado por las compañías Cellnex Telecom (BME: CLNX) y F2i podría ser el principal candidato para adquirir el 45% de la compañía italiana Wireless Italiane (Inwit) (BIt: INW) que Telecom Italia (BIt: TIT) tiene en venta, según ha señalado Reuters el 22 de enero de 2016. La compañía española y su socio italiano podrían ofrecer entre EUR 4,35 y EUR 4,5 por acción.
