The minority shareholders of Peru-based bottler Corporación Lindley (BVL:CORLINI1) requested the company's investment shares be de-listed, reported Reuters México on 14 March, 2016, citing executive president of the fund that represents the shareholders, Andino Asset Management, Carlos Rojas. Rojas argues the rights of minority shareholders were affected following the sale of a majority stake to Mexico-based Arca Continental (BMV:AC) (see related transactions). Andino Asset Management considers the transaction with Arca wasn't transparent and notes holders of investment shares did not receive a bid for their shares. Representing Arca, lawyer Mauricio Olaya noted the rights of minority shareholders were not affected and added there is no risk for the stock market.

Los accionistas minoritarios de la embotelladora peruana Corporación Lindley (BVL:CORLINI1) han solicitado el desliste de las acciones de inversión de la empresa, ha publicado Reuters México el 14 de marzo de 2016, citando al presidente ejecutivo de fondo que representa a los accionistas, Andino Asset Management, Carlos Rojas. Rojas argumenta que los derechos de los accionistas minoritarios se han visto perjudicados tras la venta de una participación mayoritaria a la mexicana Arca Continental (BMV:AC) (ver transacciones relacionadas). Andino Asset Management considera que la transacción con Arca no ha sido transparente y que los tenedores de acciones de inversión no recibieron una oferta por sus acciones. En representación de Arca, el abogado Mauricio Olaya ha señalado que los derechos de los accionistas minoritarios no han sido afectados y que no existe riesgo para el mercado accionario. |
