Corporación Impsa, based in Mendoza, Argentina, announced the three pillars of its debt restructure plan include the sale of generation assets, finding a new partner for its Brazilian subsidiary Wind Power Energia, and readjusting debt with financial creditors and cash flow suppliers, as reported by newspaper Valor Econômico in an article published on 4 April 2015. Wind Power Energia's president, Luis Pescarmona, said the company is in Brazil since 2006, with USD 4bn in investments in the Brazilian energy sector, with great prospects for expansion.

Corporación Impsa, con sede en la ciudad argentina de Mendoza, ha informado que los tres pilares de su plan de reestructuración de su deuda son la venta de activos de generación, encontrar un nuevo socio para su filial brasileña Wind Power Energia y reajustar la deuda con los acreedores financieros y proveedores de flujos de efectivo, según ha publicado Valor Económico el 4 de abril de 2015. El presidente de Wind Power Energía, Luis Pescarmona, ha comentado que la compañía esta en Brasil desde 2006 con inversiones de USD 4.000m en Brasil en el sector energético, y con grandes perspectivas de expansión.

A Corporación Impsa, com sede em Mendoza na Argentina, divulgou que três pilares para o plano de reestruturação de seu dívida que a venda dos ativos de geração; trazer um novo sócio para a a brasileira Wind Power Energia; e readequar a dívida com credores financeiros e fornecedores ao fluxo de caixa, de acordo com o Valor Econômico de 4 de abril de 2015.
