Corporación GEO, a Mexico-based company engaged in housing construction and design, will announce its new owners in February 2015, according to company's current financial restructuring director, Orlando Loera. Loera also said the company is negotiating with different US investors that wish to create partnerships in Mexico. He added that after restructuring the company, 88% of the shares will be distributed among common creditors, 8% among current shareholders and the Orvañanos family, and the remaining 4% will be distributed among the management team.

La empresa mexicana dedicada a la construcción y diseño de viviendas Corporación GEO anunciará sus nuevos dueños en febrero de 2015, según ha comunicado el actual director de reestructuración financiera de la constructora, Orlando Loera. Loera también ha afirmado que han estado negociando con diferentes inversionistas norteamericanos que buscan asociarse con inversionistas mexicanos. Agregó que después de la reestructuración de la empresa, el 88% de las acciones se distribuirán entre sus acreedores comunes, el 8% entre los accionistas actuales y la familia Orvañanos, y el 4% restante entre el equipo de administración. |
