Corporación Financiera Alba (BME:ALB), a Spain-based investment holding, and other shareholders are considering potential sales strategies for Clínica Baviera (BME:CBAV), a Spain-based ophthalmological clinic, announced Clínica Baviera in a filing published by regulator Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) on 27 December 2016. Grupo Baviera shareholders do not rule out any option and are seeking investors interested in 100% of the company, in a significant stake or partners who would purchase only certain assets. Among potential bidders are China-based health group Aier Eye Hospital Group (SZSE: 300015), another Chinese group and two European groups. Currently, Clínica Baviera has 73 clinics in Spain, Italy, Germany, and Austria.

Corporación Financiera Alba (BME:ALB), holding de inversiones español, y otros accionistas evalúan posibles estrategias de venta para Clínica Baviera (BME:CBAV), grupo oftalmológico con sede en España, según ha informado Clínica Baviera en un hecho relevante remitido a la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) el 27 de diciembre de 2016. Los accionistas del Grupo Baviera no descartan ninguna opción de venta y buscan inversores interesados en el 100% de la empresa, en una participación significativa o socios que adquieran sólo determinados activos. Entre los posibles interesados se encuentran el grupo sanitario chino Aier Eye Hospital Group (SZSE:300015), otro grupo chino y otros dos europeos. Actualmente Clínica Baviera cuenta con 73 clínicas en España, Italia, Alemania y Austria. |
