Corpesca, productora de congelados de pescado, aceite de pescado y harina de pescado con sede en Santiago de Chile, convocará una junta general extraordinaria de accionistas para tratar un aumento de capital de USD 90m, ha anunciado la empresa en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros el 8 de marzo de 2017. En concreto, la empresa espera utilizar los recursos de la ampliación para reducir su deuda y fortalecer su posición financiera. La fecha de la junta no ha sido develada, pero será el mismo día que la junta general ordinaria de accionistas. |
