Hurtado will replace Carlos Ruíz, who resigned on 17 June (see related intel). The board made the appointment in an extraordinary meeting held on 3 July.

CorpBanca Administradora General de Fondos, con sede en Santiago de Chile, ha anunciado la designación de Felipe Hurtado como director en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros el 3 de julio de 2015. Hurtado reemplazará a Carlos Ruiz, que presentó su renuncia el 17 de junio (ver intel relacionado). El directorio hizo la designación en sesión extraordinaria el 3 de julio. |
