Copel, a power generation company, does not rule out acquisitions with significant return on investment throughout 2015, as part of its expansion plan. According to Copel's presindent, Luiz Fernando Vianna, these possible investments could take place even outside of Paraná. Copel is open to new projects next year. Although up until now, Copel developed thermal energy projects, it plans to prioritize plants engaged in renewable energies, such as wind farms and hydroelectric. The company also considers solar energy.

A Copel, empresa paranaense dedicada à geração de energia, em consequência do seu plano de expansão que vem desenvolvendo não descarta realizar ao longo de 2015 novas aquisições que tragam retorno para empresa. Segundo o presidente da companhia Luiz Fernando Vianna, estas possíveis aquisições poderiam ser avaliadas inclusive em áreas fora do Paraná, a Copel está aberta a empreender novos projetos neste ano. Ainda que até agora sobretudo há desenvolvido planos para a geração de energia térmica, a empresa planeja priorizar a compra de usinas dedicadas a produzir energias renováveis como a eólica ou a hidrelétrica e também avalia investir na energia solar. |
