Constructora Delta, a Santiago, Chile-based construction company, retained Econsult, a Chile-based financial advisory firm, to be in charge of seeking a strategic partner, reported Pulso on 11 January 2017, citing sources familiar. According to the report, over a period of six months, the company plans to find a strategic partner and, to this end, may have closed an agreement with Econsult to launch a search process at the domestic and international level of a strategic partner which will deliver greater stability to the company. With this plan, Constructora Delta may be seeking to achieve the restructuring of liabilities for USD 54m.

Constructora Delta, empresa de construcción con sede en Santiago de Chile, ha contratado a Econsult, firma chilena de asesoramiento financiero, para encargarse de la búsqueda de un socio estratégico, según ha informado Puslo el 11 de enero de 2017, citando fuentes cercanas al asunto. Según lo publicado, en un periodo de seis meses la compañía planea encontrar un socio estratégico y por ello habría cerrado un acuerdo con Econsult para que inicie un proceso de búsqueda a nivel nacional e internacional del socio estratégico que entregue mayor estabilidad a la compañía. Constructora Delta buscaría con este plan lograr la reestructuración de pasivos por USD 54m. |
