Consorcio Financiero, a Chile-based financial institution, announced the appointment of Ramiro Mendoza Zúñiga and Sergio Restrepo Isaza as board members in a filing published by regulator Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros on 27 July 2016. Consorcio Financiero, entidad financiera chilena, ha nombrado como nuevos directores de la compañía a Ramiro Mendoza Zúñiga y Sergio Restrepo Isaza, según ha informado la propia empresa en un hecho relevante remitido a la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros de Chile el 27 de julio de 2016. Ambos desempeñarán su cargo hasta la próxima Junta Ordinaria de Accionistas, en la que se renovará toda la dirección. Estos cambios en la dirección se han producido como consecuencia de las renuncias presentadas por Juan Diego del Rio Montt y Pedro Felipe Iñiguez Ducci. |
