Guzmán Barrón Escobedo will replace Luis Imedio Serrano, and will take office on 29 February 2016.

La Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores de Perú ha designado a Javier Guzmán Barrón Escobedo como nuevo director general, según ha informado la entidad en un hecho relevante remitido a la división de registro de Conasev el 17 de febrero de 2016. Guzmán Barrón Escobedo ha sido nombrado en reemplazo de Luis Imedio Serrano, y su cargo estará vigente a partir del 29 de febrero de 2016. |
