A brasileira Compra&Volta, que desde 2014 pretende duplicar o número de parcerias em 2015 (ver Intel relacionado), acaba de anunciar uma parceria com a Cnova, publicou a Exame em 7 de agosto em 2015. A Compra&Volta, com sede em São Paulo, disponibiliza uma plataforma online de e-commerce com fidelização de clientes. A Cnova, com sede nos Países Baixos, que será detida na seguinte proporção: 53,5% pela Nova Pontocom e 46,5% pela Cdiscount. A empresa opera os sites do Extra.com.br, Pontofrio.com e CasasBahia.com. |
