Compass Group Chile, a Santiago-based asset management company, announced the appointment of a new board in a filing with Chilean regulator Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros on 6 May, 2015. The new members are Jaime de la Barra Jara, Jaime Martí Fernández, Daniel Navajas Passalacqa, Rodrigo Barros Camacho and Alberto Etchegaray de la Cerda. They were appointed during the shareholders assembly held on 30 April. During a board meeting on 5 May, Jaime de la Barra Jara was chosen as president and Jaime Martí Fernández as vicepresident.

Compass Group Chile, administradora general de fondos con sede en Santiago, ha anunciado la renovación de su directorio en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros el 6 de mayo de 2015. El nuevo directorio fue nombrado durante la junta de accionistas del 30 de abril. Está conformado por Jaime de la Barra Jara, Jaime Martí Fernández, Daniel Navajas Passalacqa, Rodrigo Barros Camacho y Alberto Etchegaray de la Cerda. En junta de directorio el 5 de mayo se ha eligido a Jaime de la Barra Jara como presidente y a Jaime Martí Fernández como vicepresidente. |
