La financiera alemana Commerzbank ha otorgado a Lazard el mandato de venta de la cartera de créditos inmobiliarios en España que opera la también alemana Eurohypo. La transacción podría alcanzar los EUR 2.000m aproximadamente. Los consorcios que podrían adquirir el activo son Lone Star y J.P. Morgan, Apollo Global Management y Banco Santander, y Blackstone y Deutsche Bank. La cartera está valorada en EUR 4.500m y se le conoce comúnmente como la Operación Octopus. |
