Colonial, a través de su filial francesa Société Foncière Lyonaise, está estudiando la posibilidad de ejercer su derecho de compra sobre SIIC de Paris. Recientemente Realia había alcanzado un acuerdo para vender el 58,95% de SIIC de Paris al grupo Eurosic, que se haría efectivo siempre y cuando Société Foncière Lyonaise no ejerciese su derecho preferencial de compra. En el caso de que efectivamente no se ejerza el derecho de compra, Société Foncière Lyonaise deberá decidir si decide vender su participación del 30%, ya que el acuerdo de Realia con Eurosic implica que Eurosic tenga que lanzar una OPA obligatoria por el total de la compañía. |
