Cofides, a Spain-based state-owned mercantile company, financed the launch of operations in Mexico of Grupo Alsina, a Spain-based formwork manufacturer, announced Cofides in a press release issued on 18 January 2017. Cofides provided a co-investment loan of EUR 2m, covered with its own resources, to finance investments in formwork material for Grupo Alsina's subsidiary in Mexico. This is the fourth project in which Cofides and Grupo Alsina collaborate after contributing to the expansion of the company in Peru, Chile, and Southeast Asian (see related intel).

Cofides, sociedad mercantil estatal española, ha financiado el desembarco a México del Grupo Alsina, empresa española especializada en encofrados, según ha reportado Cofides en un comunicado de prensa publicado el 18 de enero de 2017. Cofides ha facilitado un préstamo de coinversión de EUR 2m con cargo a sus recursos propios para financiar las inversiones en material de encofrado para la filial de Grupo Alsina en México. Este es el cuarto proyecto en el que colaboran Cofides y Grupo Alsina tras contribuir a la expansión de la empresa en Perú, Chile y el sudeste asiático (ver Intel relacionado). |
