Spain-based Premium Ingredients will receive financial support from Cofides to expand its productive and commercial presence in Mexico City, as reported by Cofides in a press release on 17 June 2015. Cofides will offer a syndicated joint venture loan of approximately EUR 0.12m from Fondo para Operaciones de Inversión en el Exterior de la Pequeña y Mediana Empresa (FONPYME), to establish its subsidiary in Mexico, and another joint venture loan, also from FONPYME for approximately EUR 0.84mto build a mobile plant that will manufacture food additives. Total funding will be EUR 1.4m.

La compañía española Premium Ingredients contará con el apoyo financiero de Cofides para respaldar su implantación productiva y comercial en México D.F., según ha comunicado Cofides en una nota de prensa del 17 de junio de 2015. Cofides concederá un préstamo de coinversión de aproximadamente EUR 0,12m a cargo del Fondo para Operaciones de Inversión en el Exterior de la Pequeña y Mediana Empresa (FONPYME), destinado a la implantación comercial de su filial en México, y otro préstamo de coinversión, también a cargo del FONPYME, de aproximadamente EUR 0,84m para la construcción de una planta móvil de fabricación de aditivos alimenticios. La financiación total, por lo tanto, es de EUR 1,4m. |
