Spanish companies Cofides and Oman-based State General Reserve Fund reached an agreement to create a fund to enable Spanish companies to expand internationally in Oman, as stated in a press release issued by the companies published on 29 April 2015. The fund will have, initially, EUR 200m. The two companies will disburse equal amounts, and it should be founded by the end of the second quarter of 2015. The first investment could be carried out before the end of the year. The fund's investments will be used in the construction material, agribusiness, infrastructure, energy and tourism sectors.

La empresa española Cofides y el fondo soberano omaní State General Reserve Fund han acordado constituir un fondo para la internacionalización de las empresas españolas hacia Omán, según han publicado ambas compañías mediante notas de prensa con fecha 29 de abril de 2015. El fondo contará con unos recursos iniciales de EUR 200m, cuyo desembolso se realizará a partes iguales entre las dos entidades, y su constitución se espera para finales del segundo trimestre de 2015, de modo que las primeras inversiones puedan llevarse a cabo antes de que termine el año. Lo sectores a los que se dirigirá el fondo son los de materiales de construcción, agroalimentación, infraestructuras, energía y turismo. |
