Cofanor, a Portuguese distributor of medicines, will be auctioned, as published by newspaper Jornal de Negócios on 19 October 2015, citing Luis Gomes, the bankruptcy manager.

The company filed for bankruptcy in 2012, a debt valued at EUR 35m. The auction will take place on 21 October 2015, offering its main asset, the headquarters building. The starting price will be EUR 3m.

The building is located in Lordelo do Ouro, in Oporto close to the Foz area. Cofanor's headquarters consists of three buildings used for industry, offices and warehouse, with a total area of 11,000 m2.

A Cofanor, empresa portuguesa distribuidora de medicamentos que faliu, vai a leilão, segundo publicou o Jornal de Negócios no dia 19 de outubro de 2015, citando a a Luís Gomes gestor judicial.

A empresa, que entrou em processo de falência em 2012 deixando EUR 35m em dívidas, será leiloada no próximo dia 21 de outubro de 2015, onde vai oferecer seu principal ativo, o edifício-sede, pelo valor de EUR 3m.

Situado em Lordelo do Ouro, perto da zona nobre da Foz, a sede da Cofanor é constituída por três edifícios, destinados a indústria, escritórios e armazém, totalizando uma área superior a 11.000 m2.
