Cobalt (NYSECIE), a US-based oil company, would be selling a 40% stake in oil blocks 21-09 and 20-11 to third parties, whose identities were not revealed, reported Dinheiro Vivo on 02 August, 2016, citing Cobalt CEO,Tim Cutt.~ Angola-based Sonangol, announced the acquisiton of such oil blocks in August 2015 (see related transaction), but the transaction was canceled. Cobalt has a majority stake of 40% in block 20-11, compared to current 30% of Sonangol and 30% of BP, while in block 21-09, Sonangol owns 60% and Cobalt, 40%.

A Cobalt (NYSECIE), petrolífera norte-americana, estaria vendendo um participação de 40% nos blocos petrolíferos 21-09 e 20-11 a terceiros, cujas identidades não foram reveladas, segundo publicou o Dinheiro Vivo no dia 02 de agosto de 2016, citando o Administrador da Cobalt, Tim Cutt. A angolana Sonangol, anunciou a compra dos referidos blocos petrolíferos em agosto de 2015 (ver transação relacionada), mas a operação foi cancelada. A Cobalt detém uma participação maioritária de 40% no bloco 20-11, face aos atuais 30% da Sonangol e outros 30% da BP, enquanto no bloco 21-09 a Sonangol detém 60% e a Cobalt detêm 40%. |
