The board of shareholders will meet on 12 May, and will also approve complementary dividend payment.

La empresa española Clínica Baviera aprobará el nombramiento de Luis Miguel Raga como nuevo consejero ejecutivo de la misma por un periodo de cuatro años. Se produce tras la reciente dimisión de Julio Baviera para centrarse en las labores profesionales de la compañía. A su vez, la entidad Investments Ballo Holding informó al consejo del cambio del representante de persona física, designando a Leticia Baviera Omarrenteria en sustitución de Luis Miguel Raga Romero. La junta de accionistas se celebrará el próximo 12 de mayo, en la que además se aprobará el pago de un dividendo complementario. |
