The City Council of Barcelona, through municipal company Bimsa, and Spain-based media group Mediapro could sell the Imagina building, reported El Confidencial on 16 January 2017, citing City Council sources. Specifically, the Imagina building is located on 177 Diagonal St., Barcelona, and is a large office building with 17 stories and 12,000 m2. The property is owned by Mediacomplex, a company held by the Imagina group, with 67%, and Bimsa, with 33%. At the last board meeting of Bimsa, Mediapro raised a number of technical issues the Council still has to study but, according to the report, the building could go on sale in the coming months.

El Ayuntamiento de Barcelona, a través de la empresa municipal Bimsa, y el grupo español de comunicación Mediapro, podrían poner a la venta el edificio Imagina, según ha informado El Confidencial el 16 de enero de 2017, citando a fuentes del ayuntamiento. En concreto, el edificio Imagina está situado en el número 177 de la Diagonal, en la capital catalana, y constituye un enorme edificio de oficinas con 17 plantas y 12.000 m2. El inmueble es propiedad de Mediacomplex, sociedad controlada en un 67% por el Grupo Imagina y el 33% restante por Bimsa. En el último consejo de Bimsa, Mediapro planteó una serie de cuestiones técnicas que el ayuntamiento aún tiene que estudiar, pero según lo publicado, el edificio podría salir a la venta en los próximos meses. |
