Associação Nacional dos Exportadores de Sucos Cítricos (CitrusBR), based in São Paulo and engaged in defending collective interests of Brazilian producers and exporters of citric juices and derivatives, signed a partnership agreement with Belgium-based European Fruit Juice Association (AIJN), a company engaged in the same line of business, as published by Valor Econômico on 7 October 2015, citing CitrusBR's CEO, Ibiapaba Netto. The agreement between the two associations is focused on promoting orange consumption in Europe, where approximately 70% of Brazilian exports go, according to the news. This partnership includes a USD 7m investment, a year, in marketing, which will be paid 50% by CitrusBR and the rest by 25 companies that constitute AIJN. According to Ibiapaba Netto, "This is a historic moment in the industry, because it is the first time that juice producers and customers come together to promote Brazilian orange juice, which will receive 80% of the available resources."

A Associação Nacional dos Exportadores de Sucos Cítricos (CitrusBR), com sede em São Paulo e que se dedica à defender os interesses coletivos dos produtores e exportadores brasileiros de sucos cítricos e seus derivados, assinou uma parceria com a instituição belga European Fruit Juice Association (AIJN) que atua com o mesmo, segundo publicou o Valor Econômico em 7 de outubro de 2015, citando ao Diretor-Executivo da CitrusBR, Ibiapaba Netto. O acordo entre as duas associações tem como foco promover o consumo de laranja na Europa, destino de cerca de 70% das exportações brasileiras do produto, de acordo com a notícia. A parceria prevê um investimento de USD 7m por ano em ações de marketing que são pagas em um 50% pela instituição brasileira e o restante por 25 empresas que fazem parte da AIJN. De acordo com Ibiapaba Netto, “Esse é um momento histórico para o setor, porque é a primeira vez que produtores de suco e seus clientes se unem para promover o suco de laranja brasileira, que receberá 80% dos recursos disponíveis”. |
