The agreement between the two associations is focused on promoting orange consumption in Europe, where approximately 70% of Brazilian exports go, according to the news.

This partnership includes a USD 7m investment, a year, in marketing, which will be paid 50% by CitrusBR and the rest by 25 companies that constitute AIJN.

According to Ibiapaba Netto, "This is a historic moment in the industry, because it is the first time that juice producers and customers come together to promote Brazilian orange juice, which will receive 80% of the available resources."
