La firma de private equity Citi Venture Capital (CVCI), perteneciente al estadounidense Citigroup, podría vender su participación del 31,9% del capital social de la colombiana Transportadora de Gas Internacional (TGI). Por el momento se desconocen posibles ofertas de compra y el importe al que ascendería la transacción. Citigroup entró en el capital de la gasística colombiana en 2010 cuando se hizo con el 31,9% del accionariado a través de la suscripción de una ampliación de capital por un importe de alrededor de USD 399,52m. |
