Citigroup (NYSE:C) and Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) may have submitted an offer, in the last few days to Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) to acquire Redexis, as published by newspaper Expansión, on 24 May 2016, citing sources close to the media.

Goldman Sachs could be considering a restricted auction, as a first option, inviting a small group of people interested in Redexis, ,mainly large funds. Some candidates that have already shown interest include: KKR (NYSE: KKR), Ardian, Cinven and Allianz, among others. The deal value could range between EUR 2bn and EUR 2.5bn.

In addition, Goldman Sachs could be analyzing a placement of Redexis on the Stock Exchange.

Citigroup (NYSE:C) y Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) podrían haber presentado en los últimos días una oferta a Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) por Redexis, según ha informado el diario Expansión el 24 de mayo de 2016, basándose en fuentes consultadas por el medio.

El mecanismo que estaría barajando Goldman Sachs, como primera opción para la venta, es la de subasta restringida, en la que se invitaría a presentar ofertas a un grupo reducido de interesados en Redexis, especialmente grandes fondos. Algunos candidatos que ya habrían mostrado su interés son: KKR (NYSE: KKR), Ardian, Cinven y Allianz, entre otros. La operación podría situarse entre EUR 2.000m y EUR 2.500m.

Asimismo, Goldman Sachs estaría analizando también la colocación en Bolsa de Redexis.
