Cielo (BVMF: CIEL3), a Sao Paulo-based electronic payments company, announced Marcelo Labuto as Chairman of the Board of Directors, according to a company press release published on 26 January 2017. Marcelo Labuto will replace Raul Moreira, who resigned. Eurico Fabri also resigned as a Member of the Council of Cielo, and was replaced by Rômulo Dias.

A Cielo (BVMF:CIEL3), que atua no segmento de pagamentos eletrônicos e com sede no estado de São Paulo, anunciou Marcelo Labuto como Presidente do Conselho de Administração, segundo publicou a empresa em Comunicado no dia 26 de janeiro de 2017. Marcelo Labuto vai substituir a Raul Moreira, que renunciou ao cargo. Além disso, Eurico Fabri também renunciou como Membro do Conselho da Cielo, sendo substituído no cargo por Rômulo Dias. |
