Cerberus Capital Management, a US-based private equity firm, may have retained Citi and BBVA (BME:BBVA) to coordinate the sale of Renovalia, a Spain-based renewable energy company, reported El Economista on 8 February 2017. According to the report, the transaction could exceed EUR 1.5bn. Cerberus acquired Renovalia in February 2016 and, in one year, increased its value based on different acquisitions. In fact, the firm does not rule out new acquisitions prior to the sale process.

Según lo publicado, la operación podría superar los EUR 1.500m. Cerberus adquirió la compañía en febrero de 2016 y en un año ha aumentado su valor a base de diferentes adquisiciones. De hecho, la firma no descartaría nuevas compras previas al proceso de venta. |
