Private equity firms Cerberus and Fosun (SEHK: 656), based in the US and China, may have submitted offers to acquire a stake in football club RCD Espanyol, as reported by newspaper Sport on 10 June 2015. According to Sport, Cerberus would want approximately 40% of the capital and would take care of the club's debt with the collaboration of a British bank. This is the the most probable winner. Fosun, on the other hand, would want to acquire the maximum number of shares and would assume club's debt with its own resources and not through external loans.

Las firmas de private equity Cerberus y Fosun (SEHK: 656), con sede en Estados Unidos y China respectivamente, podrían haber presentado ofertas para adquirir un porcentaje accionarial del club de fútbol RCD Espanyol, según ha comunicado el diario Sport el 10 de junio de 2015. Según el rotativo, la oferta de Cerberus, que querría adquirir aproximadamente un 40% del accionariado del club y además se haría cargo de la deuda con la colaboración de un banco inglés, es la que más posibilidades tiene de ser aceptada. Fosun, por su parte, querría adquirir el máximo número posible de acciones y asumiría la deuda total de la entidad con fondos propios y no a través de un crédito externo. |
