US-based private equity firms Cerberus Capital Management and Oaktree Capital Management (NYSE: OAK) could be bidding for real estate assets held by Spanish bank Bankia (BME: BKIA), as published by newspaper Expansión on 13 October 2015. According to Expansión, Cerberus Capital Management may have submitted a EUR 2.1bn proposal to acquire 75% of Bankia's properties. On the other hand, Oaktree may have also submitted a proposal but for a lesser value and less assets.

Las firmas de private equity estadounidenses Cerberus Capital Management y Oaktree Capital Management (NYSE: OAK) podrían estar pujando por los activos inmobiliarios de la entidad bancaria española Bankia (BME: BKIA), según ha señalado el diario Expansión en una información del 13 de octubre de 2015. Según Expansión, Cerberus Capital Management podría haber presentado una oferta de EUR 2.100m para adquirir el 75% de los pisos y solares en manos de Bankia. Por su parte, Oaktree podría haber presentado también una oferta, aunque con menor importe y por una cartera de activos más reducida. |
