O Grupo Cemig está avaliando aquisições e não pretende reduzir o ritmo de suas análises de oportunidades em 2014 por causa das eleições. O grupo poderá fazer novas captações para viabilizar futuras aquisições. Atualmente existem negociações em andamento, além de oportunidades na área de geração de energia. A Petrobras, por exemplo, é uma empresa que está revendo sua estratégia no setor elétrico junto com muitas outras. O grupo também busca oportunidades através da Renova. |
