Mexico-based Cemex (BMV:CEMEX), a cement producer, announced management changes, as reported by the company through a press release published on 1 December 2015. Specifically, Juan Romero Torres will continue as President of Cemex México, while Ignacio Madridejos Fernández was appointed President of Cemex United States. On the other hand, Jaime Gerardo Elizondo Chapa was appointed President de Cemex Europa, and will be in charge of operations in Europe, including Spain and Croatia. Jaime Muguiro Domínguez was appointes President of Cemex Centro, South America and Caribbean and Joaquín Miguel Estrada Suárez was appointed President of Cemex Asia, Middle East, and Africa, including, now, operations in the Middle East and Africa. These changed will be effective as of 1 January 2016.

Las mexicana Cemex (BMV:CEMEX), productora de cemento, ha anunciado cambios organizacionales en su estructura directiva, según ha informado la compañía en un comunicado de prensa publicado el 1 de diciembre de 2015. Concretamente, Juan Romero Torres ha sido ratificado como presidente de Cemex México, mientras Ignacio Madridejos Fernández ha sido nombrado presidente de Cemex Estados Unidos. Por su parte, Jaime Gerardo Elizondo Chapa ha sido nombrado presidente de Cemex Europa, teniendo ahora a su cargo las operaciones en Europa, incluyendo España y Croacia. Jaime Muguiro Domínguez ha sido nombrado presidente de Cemex Centro, Sudamérica y el Caribe y Joaquín Miguel Estrada Suárez ha sido nombrado presidente de Cemex Asia, Medio Oriente y África, incluyendo ahora las operaciones en Medio Oriente y África. Estos cambios entran en vigencia a partir del 1 de enero de 2016. |
