Celsia, a Colombia-based energy company, appointed Ricardo Sierra Fernández as its new president, who will take office in June 2015. The Human Committee of the Board participated actively in the selection process, which received the support of Egon Zehnder.

Ricardo Sierra has a degree in Business Administration from Eafit University, has a Degree in Political Studies from the same university and completed a Trium MBA at London School of Economics (LSE), Business School of Paris (HEC) and New York University (NYU).

As a result form this meeting, the board also appointed its Audit and Finance Committee, the Sustainability and Corporate Governance Committee, and of the Human Committee.

La compañía energética colombiana Celsia ha nombrado a Ricardo Sierra Fernández como nuevo presidente de la compañía, el cuál iniciará sus funciones a partir de junio de 2015. En el proceso de selección participó activamente el Comité de lo Humano de la Junta Directiva, quien contó con el acompañamiento de la firma Egon Zehnder.

Ricardo Sierra es Administrador de Negocios de la Universidad Eafit, tiene un Postgrado en Estudios Políticos de la misma universidad y cursó el Trium MBA del London School of Economics (LSE), la Escuela de Comercio de París (HEC) y la Universidad de Nueva York (NYU).

Como consecuencia de la reunión celebrada, además de este nombramiento se llevó a cabo el nombramiento de su Comité de Auditoría y Finanzas, el Comité de Sostenibilidad y Gobierno Corporativo y el Comité de lo Humano.
