Cellnex Telecom (BME:CLNX), a Spain-based telecoms services provider, is studying five acquisition opportunities in western Europe, reported EFE Empresas on 16 May, 2016, citing a company spokesperson. According to the report, Cellnex will focus on studying at least five different acquisition opportunities in countries of western Europe, while it waits for the finalization of the sale process of Italy-based Wireless Italiane (Inwit) (BIt:INW), which will be delayed for another month, according to a statement from Telecom Italia (BIt:TIT) CEO, Flavio Cattaneo. Cellnex is participating in the process in a consortium with Italy-based fund, F2i. The sale of the Telecom Italia subsidiary has been reported since September 2015 (see related intel).

Cellnex Telecom (BME:CLNX), prestadora española de servicios de telecomunicaciones, está analizando cinco oportunidades de adquisición en Europa occidental, ha publicado EFE Empresas el 16 de mayo de 2016, citando a un portavoz de la empresa. Según lo publicado, Cellnex se enfocará en analizar al menos cinco diferentes oportunidades de adquisición en países de Europa occidental, mientras espera que se concrete el proceso de venta de la italiana Wireless Italiane (Inwit) (BIt:INW), que demorará un mes más, según declaraciones del consejero delegado de Telecom Italia (BIt:TIT), Flavio Cattaneo.
