O presidente global da rede Carrefour, Georges Plassat, voltou a falar ontem, durante a divulgação de resultados da rede de varejo, na intenção de abrir o capital da filial brasileira no ano que vem. Sem dar detalhes, ele já havia comentado essa possibilidade em outra teleconferência com investidores. Desta vez, no entanto, Plassat disse que cogita, também, que a injeção de capital seja feita por meio de um parceiro local. O Carrefour não tem necessidade de capital no Brasil, mas a presença de acionistas locais fortaleceria a empresa e a ajudaria a crescer no País. |
