Carreras (JSE:CAR), a Spanish Town, Jamaica-based tobacco producer, announced the appointments of Oliver Holmes as president of the board and of Michael Bernard as president of the audit committee, in a relevant fact published by the Jamaica Stock Exchange on 16 November, 2015. Holmes was also appointed president of the nomination and compensation committee. Both appointments became effective on 12 November.

Carreras (JSE:CAR), productora jamaicana de tabaco, ha anunciado las designaciones de Oliver Homes como presidente del directorio y de Michael Bernard como presidente del comité de auditoría, en un hecho relevante publicado por la Jamaica Stock Exchange el 16 de noviembre de 2015. Holmes también ha sido designado presidente del comité de nominaciones y compensaciones. Ambas designaciones han entrado en efecto el 12 de noviembre. |
