A norte-americana, que detém a participação através de um fundo, estaria conversando com investidores estratégicos para venda do controle (45,7%). Entre as empresas contactadas estaria a brasileira Smiles (BVMF:SMLE3) e a Tui (Xetra:TUI1). De acordo com a notícia, a participação de Guilherme Paulus (24,4%) também estaria sendo oferecida.
